Birchwood Center houses two beautiful, fully-equipped yoga studios, a quiet sanctuary for healing massage, and a unique boutique - Birchwood Yoga Essentials - with offerings of gifts, yoga apparel and props, and much more.
Dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for self discovery, Birchwood Center is committed to promoting awareness of regular yoga practice and massage as tools for healthful living.
