Our personal trainers are fun to work with and highly qualified, but most importantly they are experienced.  We can work with you at your home, office, at one of our personal training studios, or at any outdoor space you choose. We will customize a personal training program that will help you to achieve your goals quickly and efficiently. Nutritional is key to your success so we combine an evaluation of your nutritional intake and then help you with your meal planning. If you want to loose bodyfat or to increase lean muscle mass, our personal trainers have the knowledge to help you achieve results. We use a variety of training tools such as: Stability Balls, Medicine Balls, Core Balls, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Agility Ladders, and new and innovative training techniques by TRX, BOSU, and BOSU Dynamic Stability Trainer so your training is always fun, dynamic, and cutting edge. Our clients include men and women of all ages, shapes, and athletic abilities. Your personalized training program is created with your current fitness level and objectives in mind. Your program can consist of simple body weight exercises with a focus on core strength training or advanced exercises such as explosive, plyometric, multi-joint, and multi-muscle exercises. Each program is designed to challenge at least one of the following areas: core, balance, agility, cardiovascular, and muscular strength. Our Trainers design personalized programs that get their clients into the best shape in the least amount of time.

Join bodyFi outdoors at one of our 30-minute bootcamps. There is no running, just high intensity strength exercises and plyometrics. Your schedule is busy, we make it easy to stay healthy!

We now offer group classes at our Financial District Location. Taking our 30 Minute intensity formula to a group setting, classes are still fun mixes of different aspects of fitness. To keep you working hard, bodyFi integrates the TRX into a classical Pilates class, adds a Bosu to a Yoga session, or brings the kettlebell to a TRX class.

bodyFi also has the only dedicated Pilates studio in the Financial District. Joseph Pilates himself created the equipment to put your body in the proper alignment to be the most efficient and strong. Using spring tension forces your muscles to resist the extension of each move after the contraction, thus you work twice as hard. The equipment helps you work quicker, feeling the burn as you create long, lean muscles. By working at a fast pace for 30 minutes, you will burn more calories, keeping your heart rate elevated. The equipment allows clients to work on more challenging exercises, giving support and assistance when needed.
