I am a practical spiritual and contextual thinking teacher, and Medical Anthropologist. My interests are focused on learning from others while I facilitate conversations that cause personal awakening in my students. Most of us get stuck in thinking a particular way that is based on our past experiences. There is no truth in those thoughts, just possibilities. Unfortunately, many of those thoughts are negative in nature. If we are thinking about simply possibilities, why not put those thoughts into positive perceptions. Basically, when we learn to use our IMAGINATION about what we want and who we are, and include positive EMOTIONS with those thoughts, we are actually starting the creation of a life that works.
I also enjoy being in nature, swimming, and engaging in social activism. One of my greatest joys is hanging out with my two grand daughters.
