Review of Cappys Boxing Gym, June 14, 2008
Either just for a workout, or for competitive training, Cappy's is where it's at. Though it's very much open to anyone and everyone (i.e. non-boxers looking to break a sweat), it's also an authentic boxing gym. Lots of local and national talent train there.
So if you're looking to throw on some boxing gloves, check out Cappy's.
