I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Director of Christian Counseling Services of Los Gatos. I also have a satellite office at the Christian Counseling Center of Fremont and work as a Network Christian Therapist for New Life Ministries.

I utilize a “whole person” approach to therapy, focusing on emotional, spiritual, physical, mental and behavioral health. Thus, I work closely with local doctors, psychiatrists, nutritionists, pastors, and other practitioners in order to enhance the therapy process of each patient. My practice is rooted in love and compassionate which, along with the appropriate touch of a more direct approach, has helped hundreds of people effectively uncover, understand, and work through root causes of symptoms such as food addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts and physical pain. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, groups and families.

As a New Life Network Therapist, I help facilitate the Weekend Intensives, directed by Steve Arterburn. In the local community, I am pleased to provide lively, interactive, and free presentations where wanted and needed. I am passionate about helping people in churches, small businesses, police and fire departments, large corporations and schools learn how to lose weight, reduce stress, and manage anxiety through self-awareness and self-care. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors. I am a competitive bodysurfer, skier, trail runner and endurance horseback rider. I’ve lived most my life on ranches with horses, chickens, cows, dogs, cats, and various other furry critters. I am also an avid fundraiser for benefits such as the San Francisco department of Oncology and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am currently in the process of completing a PhD in Psychology and my first book.
