Crystal Stelzer

By utilizing the wisdom of nature, I create original therapeutic remedies for my clients using Western herbal medicine, flower essences, and aromatherapy. Specializing in women's reproductive health care and adrenal support, it is my desire to help my clients find their unique states of balance. My knowledge stems from my love and devotion to all things green and from my education in herbal medicine. I hold a BS in Herbal Sciences from Bastyr University where I am an adjunct professor, teaching classes on herbal medicine making and materia medica. Currently, I teach herbal medicine making classes within the Ballard and Capitol Hill communities. I also teach seasonal workshops with a nutritionist and yoga instructor covering varying seasonal conditions. We collaborate under the name, The YNH Center (yoga, nutrition and herbs).
