My Bachelor’s degrees are in Social Communication and Contemporary Dance in Brazil. I had my first Alexander Technique classes in 2003, with Roberto Reveilleau and Valeria Campos, both who trained with Walter Carrington. My own training, as a Alexander Technique teacher, was completed in 2010 after three years of studying at the Oregon Center for the Alexander Technique-OCAT (Portland,OR - USA) which is recognized by the American Association of The Alexander Technique (Amsat). Before going through this training, I dedicated myself many years to the re-educational movement field, to dance as well as music. I taught at Angel Vianna School, Espaco Pilates amongst other studios in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I currently work in Portland, OR at Bodies in Balance and March Wellness-OHSU (Oregon Health and Science University). The Alexander Technique has given me the opportunity to lead a life of ongoing development of my well-being.
