Deirdre Wilcox – BA, RYT, LMP, RC, CAPP
I am trained in the Viniyoga lineage and bring 18 years of bodywork, movement and fitness experience to my teaching. I am a certified Aston-Patterning Practioner, massage therapist, registered counselor and registered yoga teacher. My foundation is the synthesis of several areas of interest, teachers and trainings, and reflects my belief that there is room for all paths and styles. I encourage mindfulness and conscious choice as a practice within the practice, and value the liberal use of compassion and humor in my classes while creating a peaceful and supportive environment.
