Hi. I'm Donn. Playing music has been the focus of my life since I was a kid. What I've learned playing music has helped me in virtually every aspect of my life and I feel extremely fortunate to share my experience with anyone interested in making music part of thier life.

I started teaching drums in 1977 and opened Donn Bennett Drum Studio in Bellevue in 1996. My studio is the now the center of the drum universe in the Northwest and attracts drummers from around the globe. In addition to our fine staff of teachers we regularly host lessons and classes with some of the top drummers in the world. We teach group and private lessons. We also teach gutar and bass. Our teachers are all professional working drummers with the practical experience and passion for music that sets them apart from all others. We teach all levels and styles of drumming. We welcome beginning, intermediate and professional drummers.

In addition to our drum school we are home to the only 5 Star Independent Drum Shop in the State of Washington. We buy, sell and trade new, used and vintage drums. We carry virtually everything a drummer could possibly ever want. Our selection, prices and courteous staff are the best you'll find anywhere. We also feature our world famous drum museum crammed full of drums owned and used by the greatest drummers of our time.
