eba Center for Dance and Fitness is eba’s school for adults and teens offering dance, fitness, ethnic and theater classes in a noncompetitive, NYC style studio environment.

eba instructors are professionals dedicated to making each student feel comfortable while progressing at his or her own rate. eba includes many talented teaching artists living in the Capital Region on its faculty as well as eba Company Artists. Yearly, more than 700 students age 14 to 70+, take eba's lively, informal classes, where teachers and students, together, explore the art and technique of dance...and stay in shape!
