Edward Burns Guitar's Profile

I'm a born musician. I live & breath music everyday. As a child I started out on drums. Picked up the bass guitar in High School and started a rock band with my friends. Went on to play in several rock bands. Most notably The Dan Reed Network in the 80"s. Then decided to pursue a college degree in the classical guitar. I've played at countless weddings, recitals, music festivals. You name it, I've done it. I love teaching. I have a very structured and diciplined personality which carries over into the way I teach. I'm a motivator but at the same time, I make sure my students are having fun in the lesson. I get great satisfaction from seeing my students smile when they realize they've accomplished a musical goal. My students have the option of performing in annual student recitals and recording their own CD in my studio.
