Learn how to develop and strengthen your voice and technique with an experienced voice teacher! I offer inexpensive and thorough voice lessons that will help bring out your natural voice and improve your over-all sound. Voice lessons will help you become a confident, well rounded singer, with the ability to perform and connect with an audience. I also provide mentorship sessions for established artists in stage performance dynamics and original works. Basic guitar instruction can also be included in lessons. Erin McNamee has seventeen years of experience singing professionally. She has a Bachelor of Music degree from Cornish College of the Arts. She has been taught by some of the best teachers and coaches in the Seattle area, as well and in Ireland.

Erin is well versed in singing various eclectic styles of music, and has a very unique approach to teaching. She explores individually with each student, teaching many different styles, ranging from classical/ opera, to jazz, music-theater, blues, folk, rock, bluegrass, pop, and she specializes in singing and teaching Celtic music. As a teacher she, emphasizes vocal health and is experienced in correct breathing techniques and vocal projection, without straining or constricting the voice. Because of a good ear and perfect pitch, she is able to help each student with intonation, or “staying in tune.” She is gifted with bringing out each student’s individual voice and natural style, while using solid, dependable technique that will help them become confident, well-rounded singers. Erin works with all levels of students: professionals, amateurs, children, teen-agers, adults, and anybody with vocal problems or issues. Her studio is located in the Ballard/ Loyal Heights area in Seattle.
