Evesmasonmarcus

Seattle, WA

My name is Eve, I am 20 years old and I am currently working towards a double major in vocal performance and music education at Western Washington University along with a minor in violin performance.

I've played and sung since I was little. I've performed all over Seattle including the Center House, The Moore Theatre, The Bagley Wright Theatre, City Hill, and other local venues. I studied Jazz in New York City with Amy London and Kate Baker. I'm currently studying opera with Professor Amber Bone, Dr. David Meyer, and Professor Jay Rozendaal at Western Washington University.

I studied violin with Mrs. Mari Nakamura using the Suzuki method and taught myself viola because my high school orchestra needed it and I now play in the viola section of Western's symphony orchestra.

I also was a music teacher (prek-middle school) and song leader for Temple Beth Am (Wedgwood) and Temple De Hirsch (Capitol Hill) for many years, so I am very comfortable with younger kids.

I can also teach beginning piano, theory, and ear training which I've studied at the New School and at Western.

For the summer I will be staying in Wedgwood and will be offering voice, violin, viola, beginning piano, and beginning theory lessons. My rates are very inexpensive and I can work around your schedule. I have experience working with all ages and skill levels

I love making music and I really enjoy passing on the beauty and knowledge of music on to others. If you have any questions feel free to email me.
