These are the same formulas used by top European and domestic designers. All semesters are continuing, giving you the option to further develop and enhance your skills.

Beginning January 2010 the art of Draping will be taught as part of our basic sewing/tailoring and pattern making classes. Learn to drape like the contestants on PROJECT RUNWAY ! Draping of a Skirt, Bodice & Dresses:
Have you always had trouble finding a bodice, skirt or dress pattern that fit and enhance your body?

If so, I have an easier, faster and less expensive way of creating those patterns. Learn how to create personalized skirt, bodice and dress patterns for you or your friends (clients) by using my Draping techniques.

Draping is the oldest and longest means of designing clothing.
One can see the garment literally take shape in their hands.
This is done by draping the fabric directly on the body of the wearer.

It is so often difficult to visualize in a flat pattern the flow of a line in the cloth or to tell from a diagram whether the fit will be all one desires.
