I'm a 46 year old man and I have really benefited from working with Sue. We do both Pilates and training together, including free weights. Sue is exceptionally knowledgeable, and very versatile to help either focus on target areas or make modifications to avoid injuries. And what I especially like about her style is that she is very vigilant about my technique, and is ready with a friendly and helpful correction when I need it. I've worked with many other trainers, and Sue is unquestionably one of the best.

Over 20 years after studying classical clarinet in school, I started taking lessons from Tracy to learn jazz saxophone. I couldn't be more pleased. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about both theory and practice, and is also very patient and easy going. She is very flexible, and open to tailor lessons to my interests.
