Fine Art Starts was founded in 1997 by artist Sascha Gordon-Manning, whose love for art and people were joined through the vision and success of providing high-quality fine art education to children and adults.
Fine Art Starts was located in West Linn until 2002 and then relocated to Oregon City. In September of 2005 the historic Carnegie ART Center in Oregon City became Fine Art Starts' new home. The updated location consists of a very large working art-studio, a spacious professional gallery, gift shop, coffee shop and a seasonal student gallery.
