I am very fortunate to have a great life. I am the mother of two almost grown daughters who are amazing, fun, and brilliant human beings and I am married to a man that I love.
Beyond that I am a personal trainer who has the wonderful privilege of owning my own private training studio right in the very neighborhood that I live in. Each day I get to touch peoples lives in a very positive way. Encouraging each of my clients along the healthy pathways that we create together is an incredibly rewarding way to spend my days!
