    I have always loved doing ski conditioning class, boot camp or working with a personal trainer to get in better shape. After giving birth to my first child I thought it was going to be a long time before I would be able to find the time to participate in these types of activities, but after finding Gina I got the best of both worlds. She does a wonderful job of working with small groups of moms and incorporating the babies while giving you a tough workout! It saved me money and time because I could get my workout while my son was with me!

    Gina's workouts offer lots of variety that incorporate strength training though new yoga moves. I always left sore, but wanting more!

    Sitting in my car after my first session I remember asking myself what just happened. I was sweating from head to toe, my body was tired to it's core but mentally I felt so accomplished. This was definitely something I had to experience again. Gina is a great instructor. Without all the yelling, screaming or guilt, she finds a way of pulling extra effort out each person. Their isn't much talk, only good individual coaching. If you attend, know that from start to finish you will be working. One hour of delightful hell. I love my Mondays.

    I have been attending Gina's workouts for about 2 years now and have been so impressed with the results that I have experienced both physically as well as overall attitude towards working out. Through Gina's well crafted total body workouts, great attitude and positive reinforcement, it makes her very challenging workouts something that I look forward to every week. I highly recomend her classes to anyone trying to get in shape, or anyone who wants to be more healthy. The classes are very personalized and you can go at your own pace and each class is made up of people from all different skill levels. If you are someone who enjoys a challenge and likes to be pushed and see results, come to her classes.

    I had fortune to attend a class w/ Gina about 2005 and hers are only ones I keep coming back to because I get great work out and feel at my best w/ each class. When I finish a class I usually think "I should do this more often!" Each class pushes me & others to do more than I would otherwise but in a safe, fun & fresh way.
    Highly recommend Gina - she is very encouraging, knowledgeable and observant w/ feedback to help adjust workout to any level and help us reach next level ourselves.

    I've done cross fit, kickboxing, spin and marathon trained. None of those gave me the total body workout Gina's class does. While individually those classes have benefits, Gina's class focuses on all areas of physical fitness: cardio, strength training, core stability, endurance, flexibility. Gina's cheery smile and upbeat personality also helps keeps the class motivated to keep going. If you have specific physical issues, Gina will adjust the workout for you to ensure your safe participation.
