Chef/Owner Brian K. Fowler is an honors graduate of the N.Y. Restaurant School and has been cooking for over 25 years. He has cooked at many restaurants including Larry Forgiones An American Place, Carltun on the Park, the Garden City Hotel and was Sous Chef at both Bedlam Street Fish & Clam Co. and Gebhardts.
