I am Japanese and love to cook. The cooking is a major part of my life. Cooking is fun and eat together makes my family healthy and happy. I believe that home cooking can make our family healthy. For my family I cook with seasonal vegetables and local ingredients to create varieties of meals include Japanese, American, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Mexican. My speciality is Japanese home style meals and teach Japanese ingredients and how to prepare Japanese meals. However, upon your request, I am ready to teach you any meals. I love to meet anyone who want to learn to cook. I have my class at my private kitchen.  I also can go to your home or office to teacn  a cooking class with all ingredients. My cooking class at your home is like tapper-ware party at your home. You will have fun to learn and taste delicious meal. Finally I organize your Japanese theme cooking party.
