Gini Lawson is an award-winning artist whose paintings have been featured in exhibitions in galleries and cultural centers throughout the United States, including the Coos Art Museum in Coos Bay, Oregon; the Bella Perla Gallery in Portland, Oregon; Gallery RFD in Swainsboro, Georgia; and the Phinney Center Gallery in Seattle. Her work is in public and private collections including those of Southwestern Oregon Community College and the Women Beyond Borders International Invitational Touring Collection. Gini teaches painting at the Women’s University Club of Seattle, and conducts painting and drawing classes and workshops at her studio in Seattle, Washington. She is a past instructor at Pratt Fine Art. Gini's teaching style is enthusiastic, supportive and flexible. She tailors her instruction to the level of her students, providing beginning students with the technical skills they require, and lending her keen eye and knowledge to more advanced painters.
