Dr. Mical Falk founded Guilt-Free Motherhood following many years of research on the experience of motherhood from the mother’s perspective. In light of her research findings and that of others, and as a result of her personal experience as a mother Mical felt compelled to support mothers in:

· Finding effective solutions to parenting issues

· Exploring and understanding the unique ways in which the experience of mothering impacting each mother

· Connecting with other moms (beyond social interactions) in a safe space

A mother of 2 kids herself, Mical integrates 15 years of personal and professional experience concerning issues pertaining to motherhood, and overall 26 years of studying, teaching, researching and practicing psychology.

Dr. Falk holds a Master degree in Expressive Art Therapy from Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology which she earned from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, California.
