For over 10 years, I assisted Yogi Bhajan in the Level One Kundalini Yoga training programs in New Mexico and India. In New York City, I served as the Director of Education and Training at Golden Bridge Yoga NYC for two years from 2007 to 2009, helping launch and establish this brand new center on the East Coast.
