Andrew has a MBA & Doctorate Business Management and extensive experience in management consulting and training experience with significant success in designing, developing and implementing specialized business solutions for tactical implementation. His proven strategies and techniques has brought about significant operational efficiencies and cost savings for clients in various industry companies.
A recent focus of Harris & Associates is to bring about best practices related to planning, purchasing, materials management, logistics and production working on creating economic development initiatives in partnership with the Prosperity Partnership's Regional Economic Strategy For the Central Puget Sound. Andrew is an active member of the Puget Sound Regional Council's Economic Development District Board and serves as a member of its Information Technology Cluster group.
