I have trained in several different styles of martial arts including Muay Thai kickboxing, judo, and brazilian ju-jitsu. I have a green belt in Total Defense (a system of striking, grappling, and weapons training), a blue belt in McQuary jui-jitsu, and a nidan (2nd degree black) in Enshin karate.
