My life has been deeply transformed on all levels due to my yoga practice. I left a career as a television producer, I lost and have maintained a 95 lb. weight loss, and I have become certified and teach various forms of yoga and fitness.   My deepest passion is to share the physical, mental, and spiritual gifts of movement with others. I teach kids yoga, family yoga, prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, Hatha, Kundulini, Power Yoga, and guided pranayama and meditation.  I am constantly seeking new information through trainings, intensives, conferences, and my own study and practice.  I believe yoga and movement connected to breath is a path to mental and physical health especially when the body and mind are facing extreme challenges. You can find me at Shakti Box, Heartbeat House, Camelot Preschool, in Griffith Park teaching my boot camp, training and teaching privately as well as at The Biggest Loser Resort In Malibu as one of their trainers and teachers.  I am also thrilled to be one of the Glendale Lululemon’s Ambassadors so I will be creating free events throughout the year!
