I teach Vinyasa based Yoga in the mixed traditions of Ashtanga, Sivananda and Jivamukti. I was certified to teach at Kathleen Hunt's Samadhi Yoga Center (www.samadhi-yoga.com) in Seattle, WA. I began my practice at Jivamukti Yoga School in New York City in 2000, came to Seattle's Samadhi in 2006 and studied in India during the winter of 2009. I bring a vigorous, sweaty, passionate Yoga practice to the Kitsap peninsula.
