My practice extends throughout Seattle and I'm happy to help with your goals for PCs, Macs, music players, digital cameras, cell phones and all manner of digital devices.

Ages 31 – 94, my Seattle clients confirm that coaching at home on your own computer lets you set your own goals and work at your own pace.

You’ll feel as if the computer is working for YOU, not the other way ‘round.

I teach and encourage all my clients to become more confident, comfortable and happy while mastering their PC, Mac, home network or hand held devices.

You make your own list of goals, then I arrive at your home, keep you in the "driver's seat", sit by your side, and coach you to learn new skills, find solutions for computing frustrations, and transform computing time into a truly positive part of your life. It's all about YOU.

My clients prefer to learn in their own space, on their own equipment, at their own pace. I focus on the human more than the machine, although I'm happy to work through hardware, home network malfunctions or clogged operating systems to keep things moving along.

I also help parents who are panicked when they find their children have been approached online by possible predators and professional adults who feel apprehensive about leaving their longtime workplace and realize they will suddenly be adrift without an IT department to protect and support them.

I'll work through all those little digital frustrations - cell phones, music players, bluetooth devices, I'll even teach you to program your digital thermostat or work your home security system.
