She has worked with a wide range of people from three year olds, to new mothers and babies, to adults in corporate settings, to friends doing yoga together in their home, to seniors doing yoga in the park. She has taught in private homes, yoga studios, corporate wellness centers and in NYC public schools. Her teaching style is a culmination of her years of personal yoga practice and teacher trainings, integrating principles of Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara & Vinyasa and Restorative yoga to create balanced sessions that leave you relaxed and reconnected with yourself.

Elyce loves guiding people to explore their mind/body connection as a means to facilitate a life full of joy, curiosity, flexibility, stability and balance.

Elyce lives in Brooklyn, NY with her son. She is also an artist with an MFA in Performance & Video.
