Alicia Katz Pollock, MAT, MOS, is a Microsoft Office Specialist with a Microsoft Accredited Instructor Certification, and is a member of the Apple Consultants Network. She's used Apple Macintosh computers since 1986, and teaches PCs at Heald College. Her goal as a computer instructor is that students of all levels learn something practical for their homes and offices, and see a return on their investment in computer training.
