Review of Polynesian Dancing in Chicago: Hula, Tahitian, and Chamorro Dance Classes, December 15, 2009
Great workout! I did not know learning hula could be such a hard workout! It really looks easier than it is! The class is great, the teacher is knowledgeable. I sometimes work late, so the time is perfect! It would be rare if I miss a class. The studio is nice and clean. And there really are few classes out there that charges $40 a month for almost a 2 hour class!
- Pros:
- Encouraging, Smart, Good communicator

Review of Polynesian Dancing in Chicago: Hula, Tahitian, and Chamorro Dance Classes, October 30, 2009
I love learning ethnic/cultural dances so I decided to try out polynesian dancing. I love it! Aside from learning hula and tahitian dancing, the instructor explains the stories behind the dances. I really enjoy that part because it gives us insight into the culture itself. I haven't experienced too much of that elsewhere. Great class and workout for all levels!
- Pros:
- Helpful, Engaging, Encouraging, Patient, Funny

Review of Polynesian Dancing in Chicago: Hula, Tahitian, and Chamorro Dance Classes, October 28, 2009
Angel is a great instructor! He was Polynesian born and instructed in Polynesian dance. He uses live drumming, toere for Tahitian and Ipu for hula, which is the authentic way of Polynesian dancing. He is a very knowledgeable instructor and I recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn Polynesian dancing. It is an awesome workout, and the people in class are friendly and great. The price is unbeatable for $40 dollars a month!
