Emergence of the concept of IVedas, started with a very tender thought of saving the Anceint Indian Literary and Intellectual work. Unfortunately, world has been kind enough to recognize the vast potential of Indian teaching and heritage, but they have also patented some rich information and technologies. What can we do about it? this was the question hovering the mind of Manisha Bansal, the initiator of IVEDAS. She, at her very young age, started to feel that some initiative needs to be taken about this. A step that this knowledge could be stored and also will not be patented.

Her idea started taking the shape when she ventured into Internet and Web Related Technologies. Internet was one of the best mediums for her to start with on a high cost, high budget project. And a big question was revenues. The internet boom had started declining. Something had to be done to start the show without much investment. Since she was a qualified Teacher of Reiki, guided meditation and Karuna Reiki, she stated conducting large camps on demand. These camps were successful and shelled out the required money for building PR. The major amount of money camps through Teaching Reiki, selling guided meditation tapes in local language and comprehensive meditation manuals.

The idea behind IVedas is spread of spirituality as a science in every day life, not just copying or preaching what all enlightened men have told people. The idea is to make people aware of The Buddha in them, the Enlightened Being in them.
