Lisa is an experienced yoga instructor who teaches in the classic Viniyoga tradition. She is able to adapt and assist Yoga poses individually, allowing the student to receive the pose without compromising form. I'm so happy I found this studio and peaceful Yoga environment. It has been the best thing I've ever done for myself.
