This is such a great class I have signed up my two adult children and after only two classes they are out of pain and looking forward to class. They are considering 2 classes a week and my daughter may even go into teaching! Highly recommended!

Janis is an exceptional yoga teacher and she is teaching a style of yoga, svaroopa, that is the best yoga I've done. Janis cares about her students and allows me to discover what I need with the practice and encourages me to continue to be a better mind and body.I really encourage my friends and family to discover svaroopa, live svaroopa, and love svaroopa with Janis!

Review of Svaroopa Yoga Therapy , August 13, 2008
I always feel really great after my Svaroopa Yoga class with Janis Desmond. I'm relaxed, my mind is calm and I just feel good. Janis is able to give individual attention to her students because class sizes are relatively small. I've also had a private session with Janis and the results were fantastic. When I practice with Janis, I carry the benefits of her class with me for several days.
