I am a former dancer and dance educator that first discovered pilates while pursuing a doctoral degree at NYU. When I moved to Portland in 1998, I got a job teaching pilates at a physical therapy clinic. I became a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer in 2000 and opened my own studio in 2001 with my partners Leslie Braverman and Melanie Byford-Young.
