Review of Jessica Dally, June 04, 2011
Jessica taught a cheesemaking class that I had signed up for through Groupon. I almost didn't go as I was getting over being sick and when I searched the shop that sponsored the class there were less than favorable reviews (reviews unrelated to Jessica as the teacher- they had a different teacher previously). I am SO happy that I went- I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and learned so much. She made everything seem so doable and I can't wait to try it at home now. The "classroom" set up was less than would be desired- she made cheese on a hotplate on a folding table in the back room of a shop, yet made it seem so easy and just went with the flow. She told stories as she demonstrated, answered questions, engaged the audience, overall it was a great experience. Would love to take classes from her again!
- Pros:
- Helpful, Engaging, Encouraging, Smart, Patient, Funny, Fun, Good communicator

Review of Jessica Dally, April 08, 2011
Jessica taught a room full of cheese lovers how to make feta cheese in less than ideal conditions: she had to bring everything she needed into a generic classroom-and yet we all were able to learn, laugh, watch the process, and best of all, taste some lovely brand-new feta on the spot. She answered all questions, from basic first timers to seasoned practitioners in the same good humor. She knows her stuff and can share it well! Thanks, Jessica!
- Pros:
- Helpful, Engaging, Encouraging, Smart, Patient, Funny, Fun, Good communicator
Teacher's Response:
Thanks Anne for the review, I really appreciate it! It was a fun class and hey, now you know that you can actually make cheese without a kitchen!

Review of Jessica Dally, August 01, 2009
Jessica did a great job going over the basics of canning in a digestible (no pun intended) way. She covered a lot of information in an engaging format and put appropriate emphasis on safety. She was able to cater to our audience's diverse range of experiences with canning and fielded all sorts of questions well. She made it interesting and funny -- all of this in a fairly hot, crowded space!

Review of Home Canning and Food Preservation, July 28, 2009
This chick knows what it takes to make a safe can, and why that's so gall-dang important. Her lecture and demonstration goes through the materials and equipment you need and in what condition, how to obtain and follow a certified canning recipe, and even cans tomatoes as she speaks! All this spiced with the knowledge to answer every question, anecdotes of joy, irony and horror (all family safe, of course) and the strong admonitions necessary to instill a sense of respect for this now antiquated yet precise science.
- Pros:
- Helpful, Engaging, Encouraging, Smart, Patient, Funny, Fun, Good communicator
