I’ve been a Transformation Teacher and Coach for over 20 years.
I teach and coach mental and emotional mastery for every aspect of life.
I have an office in downtown Bellevue, but I mostly make ‘house calls”.
I am a specialist in deep transformational change.

I’ve also been involved with real estate since 1981.
I LOVE real estate.
I list, sell and invest in real estate.
I am a strong believer in the value of real estate.
I have always made tons of money with all my real estate investments.
I purchased my second home at the age of 17. (Long story.)
I wish I’d purchased more real estate than I did. (I’m going to do that now.)
I’m a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain—my office is in Kirkland.

My last four cats I found as strays in parking lots.
No, I only have two cats—Sugar and SweetPea.
I’m basically a simple, small town girl.
I was raised in Yakima— moved to Seattle when I was 34.

I LOVE to sing my heart out!
I sing in the shower every morning.
I love performing with my choir. It is an opportunity for me to fully express my true essence!
Wish I was a better singer but I love singing backup for really talented singers.
I once created and taught a program called Passionate Power—I’m in the process of creating a new, grander version called Charisma123.

I’ve just entered a new phase of my life—Publishing & Recording—I am very, very excited about this!
My first book, coming out as an eBook, is Breathe 123: 45 Seconds to Everything You Want
This has been a 20 year goal that is finally coming into fruition. (see Breathe123.com)
I’ve also been recording meditations and support materials for my clients —providing them with mp3 players and customized material.
