When I first moved out to the East End I discovered Kara's yoga class and immediately knew she was the yoga teacher I'd been looking for. She has an intuitive way of leading the class through poses and stretches that lead seamlessly from one to the next. She creates a warm and encouraging sense of community among her students. She has a great sense of humor too.

Kara is a very intuitive yoga instructor that quickly sizes up the needs of her students. Whether you are new to yoga or have been a yogi for years, her classes have something to offer for everyone. She is energetic, very positive and a lot of fun in class.

I travel at least 64 miles roundtrip to attend Kara's yoga classes when my schedule allows. Her classes make you feel so relaxed and so much more flexible. The classes are for all ranges of people - from beginners to expert. You progress at your own pace. I really do feel so much better after Kara's class!!!

Kara is an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind instructor. Her classes are appropriately challenging and unbelievably peaceful. She provides a wonderful yoga experience to each of her students whether it be in a private session or in a class environment.
She is truly a beautiful person and I hope that anyone looking to take up yoga or try just one class does just that because believe me she is so great at what she does that you won't be able to stay away.- How was this location?:
