Mana is an amazing teacher. She truly embodies the notion that anyone can practice Purna Yoga. She has such a wonderful way of helping students begin to open up their bodies. Mana has so much experience and knowledge that she can modify the asana poses as needed to help each student grow at their own pace.

Sara has such a beautiful way of teaching yoga. Her Level 1 class is such fun and she always caters it to what the students need that day. She also gives a personal touch to every student so they get the most out of the experience. I come out of every one of her classes more open in my body and more full of joy. She is a real gift to Yoga Centers and all her students.

Sara has such a beautiful way of teaching yoga. Whether she is teaching begineers or intermediate, asana or meditation, she brings an an uplifting joy to her clases. They always seem to be the perfect balance of physical movement and inward focus. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is ready to explore how yoga can change their life.
