I am a yoga teacher in Kittredge, Colorado, a small town next to Evergreen. I specialize in Prenatal Yoga as well as Vinyasa Yoga. I love living in Colorado and enjoy all the perks that come with this beautiful state. Photography and design are other hobbies that I enjoy. Anything that gets me outdoors is always a welcome activity - I love hiking with my dogs and husband (and baby-to-be!), kayaking, tennis, skiing, snow shoeing and napping in the hammock on a lazy sunny day.
