Rob Casey has been sea kayaking in the NW for nearly a decade and is the co-founder of the Hobuck Hoedown, the region's only surf kayaking festival. Recently, he has picked up Stand Up Paddle Boarding and is writing a book on the sport due out by Mountaineers Books by spring 2011. As a photographer and writer, he also contributes articles to Sea Kayaker and Stand Up Paddle Magazine.
