Hello to all those who love to eat, especially Sushi. How does the word Sushi make you feel? Do you feel excited? Do you get hungry? I love Sushi and I love food. How about you? I also love cooking. Why? Because I can make other people smile, have fun and make happy through the food I cook. For me, cooking is one of the most rewarding experience I can engage in. I am so blessed by mother who cooked every meal when I was growing up in Japan. She cooked my bento box lunch every day during my school years. When I moved to Los Angeles, I met many great Japanese Sushi chefs who taught me the art of Sushi. I am proud and grateful to have an opportunity to share my Japanese culinary experience with and you have lots of lots of fun making the best tasting sushi you will ever going to make at your home!
