I have been a student of Pilates since 1997 and was trained and certified by Master Teacher, Romana Kryzanowska in 2002.  Other mentors include Master Teachers, Zoe Hagler, Dorothee VandeWalle, Mejo Wiggin and Niedra Gabriel. I earned my B.A. in Dance from CSUF in 1994 and have over 20 years of experience teaching movement to all ages and levels. I currently teach private Pilates instruction as well as small group classes in the Tanasbourne/Orenco area of Hillsboro, Oregon.
