I'm co-director of The School of Visual Concepts in Seattle. We offer evening portfolio classes and a certificate program for people entering the graphic design, advertising art direction, advertising copywriting, and web design fields. SVC also offers daytime workshops for professionals in design, web design, and advertising on business practices and new trends in marketing and communications. Like all SVC instructors, I'm also a working professional. I'm founder and creative director of Worker Bees, Inc., an advertising and marketing communications firm serving Swedish Medical Center, Vulcan Real Estate, Univar, and other northwest clients.
