Vocal /Singing Coach - I coach people of all ages. My primary focus is proper support and breathing so that no damage is done to the vocal chords, and bringing out the gift people already have. I like working in different genres of music, and like to work with people in their style of music. I would say my classes are fun and challenging, and I think people like to get inside themselves and really find their voice. I work with each student to find a song that we will work with thoroughly. I will also record the student as a means to mark progress and to give them a physical product of their hard work. I really enjoy teaching people what I love so much.
I also teach Beginning Guitar and how to play an instrument and sing. Being a songwriter, I work with other songwriters as well.

I will give a free 15 minute vocal evaluation at my home, where I teach. In my home I am also able to utilize my PA system and teach mic technique, and live performance.
Below is a Biography on my singing experience. I have been singing out in clubs and venues for over 20 years. I am belter and have managed to keep my voice healthy. I still play out quite a bit and tour.

When I teach- Is negotiated on an individual basis.
How much?- Lessons are $30 per half hour / $35 for traveling to your home.
What you will need- A folder to keep notes and music in. A guitar if we are working on guitar.
*If I travel to your home for vocals, you will need a piano or keyboard with sound. If learning guitar, you will need a guitar. ( For electric guitar, you will also need an amp)
* I also have experience in recording my own CD on my own using Garageband, and am happy to teach this as well.
