TeachStreet is Closing
Our family moved here from crazy CA in 2005 and we are absolutely in love with the PNW! As avid home cooks, the rainy weather is quite welcome at our house, because it gives us a chance to make stews, soups and lots of baked goods. In addition, we love the constant green state of the landscape for most of the year.
I've been quilting, on and off, for over 20 years, and sewing since I was a child. With three school-age children, I'm a real scrooge when it comes to buying new quilting tools, but when I do find something that REALLY works, I can't wait to share the knowledge with my students. One of my favorite things about teaching others, is to see my students take off with a new skill and really make it their own. There are few things more satisfying than to see a student's work improve with the things I can share with them.
