Dianna J. Himes holds a Master of Arts degree in Music Education and has been a children's music teacher since 1973. She is a private instructor of voice and piano and a licensed Kindermusik Educator. Currently she is the Music Director at Beaverton First United Methodist Church. She has owned and operated Magic Music Studio in Aloha since 1992. She spends her summer vacations leading educational seminars about child development and music at camps and conventions.. Mrs. Himes has a special interest in American Folk instruments and plays Appalachian Dulcimer in a Christian chamber music group called Heartstrings.
