What You Notice Matters!

Melissa Wadsworth
5.0/5 stars 2

Melissa Wadsworth is a joyful seeker. She’s a personal development author, inspirational speaker, and personal growth coach specializing in intuitive dream boards.

Highly observant, creative and intuitive, Melissa had a inspired breakthrough in her thirties that led to her conscious-living philosophy “What You Notice Matters!™ Quite simply, you can’t appreciate or access what you don’t notice. From this brainstorm she developed “picturing” exercises, including consciously-directed vision boards and intuitive dream boards that enable people to develop their personal power. In her seminars and workshops she teaches how a habit of positive regard for our dreams and goals, moving past limiting beliefs, and accessing inner wisdom can leap you ahead to amazing results.

Melissa has helped thousands go from blocked to brilliant. She supports her vision with an ezine titled “What You Notice Matters!™. Each month it features professionals, from a diverse range of specialties, describing how they use awareness to significantly grow as person and to make leaps in their businesses as they realize their dream life.

“I’m so energized when I’m creating personal-growth processes and take-action tools that empower others to enrich their daily lives and positively shift their life perspective. It’s become my mission to show others how to harmonize their thinking with their emotions for the greatest success and satisfaction.”

A native Californian and graduate of UCLA (yeah Bruins!), Melissa began her career in entertainment publicity. Then, changing coasts, she experienced life in Princeton and Philadelphia for 12 years. After being named a PR vice president at 33, Melissa started her own successful corporate PR business at 35, working with companies like Mannington Mills, Paoli Furniture, and Grumbacher Artists’ Supplies. This grand experience taught a naturally introverted Melissa the importance and the joy of expanding one’s conscious communication and connection to others.

When she moved back to Southern California in 2000 to fulfill her dream of being a writer (her first book, Small Talk Savvy was published in 2005) she thought she was settled for good. Yet the universe kept “showing” her a different landscape and an expanded calling. Melissa now lives in Seattle after meeting her love match and marrying for the first time at 44. As she says, “Some things you want to accelerate, some things are worth the wait and should be savored.”
