Morning Star Farm offers lessons (school horses available) to ages 5 years old through adults, from beginner through advanced rider. Our classes are offered on Tuesday-Thursday evenings and Thursday and Sat mornings which include a youth program as well as ladies classes. We teach several disciplines some of which are western, english and dressage. Our lessons are scheduled for 45 min to an hour depending on the rider’s ability. We teach everything from the ground up including learning to groom and tack and work around a horse safely on the ground as well as under saddle. We have well mannered schoolmaster horses who have been successfully shown in several disciplines.
We also offer a show program that starts with beginning schooling shows all the way through National level if the student is interested in showing, and a lease program which allows the student to partial or full lease with out the expense and full responsibility of ownership but experience what it is like to own a horse, it's a great opportunity.
