Jennifer Polyocan trained at the Alexander Technique Center in Cambridge Massachusetts and is ATI certified.
She has danced ballet professionally for over ten years. Throughout her career she has experienced mind-body techniques as an important and valuable measure for preventing injuries. Jennifer firmly believes that body awareness leads to an intelligent dancer, performer, and artist.
Jennifer is a graduate of New College of California with a degree in Arts and Social Change. She teaches ballet to children and adults at ODC dance commons,. and at MoBu school of dance. She brings her knowledge and joy of movement to her dancing and teaching. Currently Jennifer is teaching private Alexander Technique lessons in San Francisco. Please contact her for the location.
